Torrington Savings Bank Announces Three Recent Promotions

Torrington Savings Bank is pleased to announce three promotions in the Executive, Accounting, and Trust services teams.

Jennifer Marchand promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Treasurer
Jennifer joined the Bank in 2010 as a Staff Accountant. During her tenure she has progressively gained more responsibility and has held titles of Accounting Officer, Assistant Treasurer, and Vice President & Controller, and most recently Chief Financial Officer.

Sara Kroscen promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance
Sara joined the Bank in 2017 as the Accounting Manager. Since then, she’s risen on the accounting team, becoming the Accounting Officer in 2019, AVP, Assistant Treasurer in 2020, and most recently Vice President & Controller in 2022.

Amy Marchand promoted to Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer
Amy joined TSB as a teller in July 2011. Transferring to the Trust Department in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant, then advancing to the role of Trust Administrator in 2016, and most recently Trust Officer in 2022.
