Tonya Curtiss Joins Torrington Savings Bank As New VP Customer Care Center
Torrington Savings Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonya Curtiss as the new Vice President of the Customer Care Center. In her new role, Tonya will oversee the operations, growth, and strategic direction of the bank’s customer service hub.
Tonya brings more than 18 years of banking industry expertise to TSB, with a proven track record in retail banking, call center operations, and sales management. Prior to joining TSB, she served as the Call Center Director at Ives Bank. Her extensive background also includes a 13-year tenure at Webster Bank, where she advanced through various branch channel roles into the call center before serving as a Sales and Service Coach within the branch network.

Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from the University of Connecticut (UCONN). Born in Torrington and raised in New Hartford, she has returned to her local roots at TSB. She currently resides in Oxford with her husband and three sons.
