Bohdana Kozak Selected as TSB’s Chief Risk Officer

Torrington Savings Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Bohdana Kozak, Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer, to their executive team.

Ms. Kozak comes to Torrington Savings with 15 years of risk management and accounting experience within the financial services sector. Prior to TSB, Bohdana was managing risk most recently at Ion Bank as the AVP, Risk Officer and has held various positions including Compliance Training and Internal Audit management.

In her role, she will be responsible overseeing the Bank’s risk department by identifying, evaluating, and reporting on both internal and external risk mitigation.

Ms. Kozak holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the New England Institute of Business, and is a graduate of Cambridge College with a Master of Science degree in Business Ethics and Compliance.
