Here’s How To Reorder Them

We understand how important your checks are, whether for your personal or business account. That’s why we make it easy for you to order them yourself whenever you need. This way your Torrington Savings Bank account is always ready when you need it.

Steps to Reorder Personal and Business Checks

Choose from three simple ways to order your next set:

  1. By Phone: Call our Customer Call Center at  (860) 496-2152 and a representative can assist you with a check order.
  2. In Person: Visit your nearest Torrington Savings Bank branch location.
  3. Online: We’ve partnered with Harland Clarke to provide a convenient platform to order checks online.
    • Log in to Online Banking
    • Select Banking Services under the profile menu icon
    • Scroll down and click on Order Checks, the last item in the menu.
    • You’ll be directed to a page with a security message saying that upon clicking “Order Checks” you will be leaving Torrington Savings Bank.
    • Choose “Order Checks” for the checking account you want to order checks for.
    • You’ll be taken to the Harland Clarke website to verify your account information and complete your order.

Please note: Check costs can vary depending on the style of check you choose.

Information You’ll Need To Place A Check Order

  • Your checking account number
  • Torrington Savings Bank Routing Number 211174165
  • Your Email address and phone number to place the order
  • Starting check number
    • All checks have a check number in the top right corner, such as 100; choose the check number you want the box of checks to start with, this most likely is the next number your last box of checks ended with. For example, start your new order with 1300 if your last box ended with 1299
    • If ordering online the check starting number will default to 101 on your first order, but this field may also be changed when you click “Personalize”
  • Address to be printed on the checks
  • The mailing address to send the order to
