It is not the policy of Torrington Savings Bank to open a checking account for individuals under the age of 18, however, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis where a parent/legal guardian is a co-owner on the account. Please contact us for additional information. eStatements are required with this account. Accounts without eStatements will be charged a monthly fee of $5.00.
